Requirements 

1, College degree or above, major in purchasing, marketing or mechanical related; 

2,2 Years Experience in non-standard automation industry; 

3, familiar with electrical components, motor, PLC, mechanical sheet metal, processing parts, consumables and other materials; 

4, have good inquiry, price, bargaining skills, good procurement negotiation and coordination ability; 

5, familiar with the procurement process of various links and have rich procurement experience; 

6, good moral character, loyalty and reliability, a strong sense of responsibility, with a strong ability to withstand pressure.

Responsibilities

1, collect, analyze, summarize and evaluate supplier information; 

2, make purchasing plan and implement purchasing according to material requirement;

3, make purchase order, confirm, arrange delivery and follow delivery date;

4, good goods storage related documents, actively cooperate with the warehouse quality and quantity to complete the storage of purchased goods;

5, deal with suppliers reconciliation, Suppliers Payment Arrangement and Invoice Collection; 6. Coordinate with suppliers on quality exception handling.
