Job Responsibilities:
1, the correct communication camp responsible for the company's sales operations, including planning, organization, Progress Control;
2, Sales Director of the proposed Marketing Organization Work Plan, and implementation;
3, assist the company to draw up the marketing policy and strategic plan around the sales target;
4, the director to make the sales plan and sales policy; 5, to make the sales target, sales model, sales strategy, sales budget and reward plan; Work with marketing and other departments to execute the sales plan.
Requirements:
1,4 Years Related Work Experience, outstanding performance is preferred;
2, reasonable breakdown of sales targets;
3, establish and manage the sales force. To Guide and supervise the department in Customer Development and maintenance;
4. To participate in market research and forecast and make promotion plan, product market price;
5. To manage daily sales work, review order, delivery and other business reports, control sales activities;
6, regular or irregular visits to key customers;
7, participate in the negotiation and signing of major contracts, responsible for the general contract approval.
