Job responsibilities:

1. As the core technology backbone training, lead the new product development work, and complete the product development task according to the product development plan;

2. Continuously optimize the equipment, improve the function and performance, and reduce the cost;

3. Review and guide standard products and non-standard projects;

4. Train the mechanical team to improve the team competitiveness.

Requirements:

1. Graduate degree or above in mechanical design, mechanical manufacturing and automation, with more than 4 years related working experience;

2. Have project management experience, familiar with project schedule, budget, staffing, etc;

3. Mechanical design and manufacturing, familiar with mechanical drawing software, can lead team members to complete structural design;

4. Proficient in mechanical parts national standard library, have rich experience in mechanism design, familiar with component selection and performance prediction;

5. Proficient in servo motor, stepper motor and precision reducer gearbox, familiar with the selection and working principle of pneumatic components, screw rod, guide rail and other automation related components;

6. Proficient in kinematics analysis and basic knowledge of dynamic calculation;

7. Provide design scheme for product structure frame design optimization and new product development;

8. Proficient in mechanical manufacturing process, material selection, cost control, able to contact and supervise the metalworking plant for equipment manufacturing;

9. Have production and assembly experience, can guide technical personnel to carry out precision assembly;

10. Understand precision measurement and mechanical system testing and debugging technology;

11. Good language skills, strong communication and organization and coordination ability, strong hardworking spirit, good team cooperation and dedication, full of enthusiasm for product research and development;

12. Automatic dispensing equipment and automation industry machinery design and the same industry is preferred.
